  • How accurate is the online analysis?
    We will have multiple stylists review your questionnaire and photos, combining their analyses. If the photos are not sufficient for analysis, we will contact you to provide additional photos to ensure accuracy.
  • Do you have offline services?
    We provide services worldwide exclusively online. However, if you have any questions after receiving the results, you can email (contact@theintrovertimage.com) or message us.
  • Are the services human-based?
    Yes. Our analyses are conducted by professional stylists. We use AI programs to enhance the process and provide example photos, ensuring the best results for our customers.
  • How do I answer the preliminary questionnaire?
    After payment, you will receive an email from us containing the payment confirmation and a preliminary questionnaire link. (Please check your junk mail folder.) If you didn't receive the email, please contact us via email (contact@theintrovertimage.com) or chat.
  • Can I change the service?
    If you want to change the service, please contact us via email (contact@theintrovertimage.com) or chat. However, once you have summited the preliminary questionnaire, it will not be changed.
  • I want to cancel the service.
    You can log in to your account to cancel the current service within 7days. Once you have summited the preliminary questionnaire, it will not be refunded.
  • I entered the wrong information. How can I change my details?

  • How can I pay?
    You can pay via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Bank QR Pay. If you have any payment problems, please contact us via email (contact@theintrovertimage.com) or message the chat service.
  • Refund process.
    Once you cancel the service, the amount will be refunded within 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the bank or card company’s process. However, once you have submitted the preliminary questionnaire, it will not be refunded.
